Your emotions don’t live in your thoughts. They live in your chest, your jaw, your stomach, your throat. They’ve been trying to tell you something for years. The problem isn’t that you can’t understand them. It’s that you’ve never learned to feel them.
That’s where we start. In the body. Because when you finally let yourself feel fully, safely, with the right support things shift in a way that sticks. Not because your life changes overnight. Because you do.
